GENERALES CONDITIONS
VILLA HELIOTROPES

The renter, who signs the present rental contract, entered for a specific period, will not, under any circumstances, be able to prevail over any right to stay on the premises at the end of the rental lease.
All linens and bath towels are included, except for beach towels.
Daily maid service is included.
Facilities, such as the swimming pool, Jacuzzi… are to be used by the guests only and under their entire responsibility.


BOOKINGS :

The booking is confirmed when the rental contract is sent back signed by the renter or accepted by e-mail, with a 30% advance payment  and this within 10 days ( mail or e-mail, according to the sending date).


CANCELLATIONS :

For cancellations even a month before rental, advance payment is not refundable except if the owner finds a new renter for the same period at the same price.
The balance payment is due on the day of arrival.
Any stay which has started or is cancelled will be integrally due.
TAXES :
No staying fees.


INSURANCES :

The renter certifies being covered with an individual insurance covering his public liability.
SWIMMING POOL :
UNSUPERVISED swimming pool, in conformity to the regulations in force.
We do not accept any liability in case of any incidents occurring within the unsupervised swimming pool premises.

UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THESE PREMISES.
